The Completion Process is a deep dive into your subconscious. Discover how the things you are currently struggling with are linked to past experiences, often played out in childhood and repressed because they were too painful to process. This unmet trauma is like a pebble thrown into a pond, all the ripples are expressions and manifestations of that original trauma.
Unlike traditional psychology that looks to fix the ripples (symptoms) we go directly to the original pebble and remove that. As a result the ripples stop, i.e the situation changes, your perception changes, the relationships you attract change, interactions change because at a core.
The Steps Include:
Creation of a Safe Haven — a crucial first step to set up a totally safe mental space, where the child aspect of a painful memory is taken to once the original memory scene is resolved.
Validation — giving the painful emotion the message that we see it as valid.
Seeking Origin — asking, “When was the first time I felt this feeling?” to connect to the root of it.
Awaiting Relief —inside the memory, letting the feeling naturally shift in the direction of relief.
Purification and Healing — a ritual for closing the memory of trauma and beginning a “new life.” level you have changed.
